This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between [Client Name] (the “Client”) and DEK LLC (hereinafter referred to as “DEK”), effective as of [Date of Agreement].

DEK now functions as a sponsorship recipient for funds on behalf of D2L Dream 2 Lead Non Profit. In this capacity, DEK will provide services to facilitate the flow of funds from sponsors to the D2L Dream 2 Lead Non Profit, supporting its mission and initiatives.

DEK undertakes to diligently perform the responsibilities associated with managing and facilitating sponsorship funds on behalf of the Client. DEK shall utilize its expertise and resources to ensure the efficient processing and transfer of funds to D2L Dream 2 Lead Non Profit.

Services To Be Provided:

DEK will act as a conduit for sponsorship funds, channeling them to D2L Dream 2 Lead Non Profit as directed by the Client. The specific scope of services shall be determined by the Client, providing flexibility in choosing the means, manner, and method for fund transfer. DEK, as the sponsorship recipient, retains the right to carry out these transactions in a manner it deems appropriate.

Refund Policy:

The refund policy for sponsorship funds managed by DEK allows for cancellation or refund requests up to 15 days before the intended rendering of services to potential sponsors or users.

Nothing in this Agreement shall hinder the Client from engaging the services of other entities for similar purposes or from independently developing or acquiring materials or programs similar to, or competitive with, the sponsorship services provided by DEK.

This Agreement is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the parties involved, including their successors and assigns. It constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, supplanting all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements on the subject matter. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
